Hot Boots Duo (Christina and Barry) combine decades of entertainment experience in pop, light rock and jazz standards with a sense of fun and audience interaction or pure background music as needed. Vocals, bass, guitar and flute give Hot Boots Duo a versatile, varied sound.
Christina Converse Van Camp has been active in the live music arena for the past 20 + years in many endeavors as a trombonist, flautist, and electric bassist. Christina has actively played with several local cover bands, big band jazz bands, Melange Jazz, and manages several horn groups. There is perhaps no other musician in the front range of Colorado as in demand as Christina.
Barry Spaeth with many decades of experience as a working musician and teacher, has entertained in the local music scene in pop bands and blues house bands and jam nights. Versatility and presentation of many musical genres is of utmost importance, and is considered to be that which separates Barry from a lot of musicians. Barry wants to make sure venues and their patrons are served with the best possible professional show.
