your event. When planning your wedding or special event we have listed a few steps below to help you with some basic needs you should think about when having live music. We look forward to helping you
find the perfect performance for that memorable day.
When deciding on music for your wedding, party
or special event keep in mind that entertainment can be found and
customized to any budget. First have a good idea of how much
funding there is for the entertainment portion of your event.
Here are a few points to plan for:
1 - Stage - Is there an adequate
area for the band to set up? Is this carpet or hard wood?
2 - Electricity - Is there electricity
adequate for the band you are asking to perform - a full band will
need more than one outlet.
3 - Sound system - Does the venue
where your event is being held have a sound system? Don't, worry,
most bands can bring this if the venue does not already have it.
4 - Lights - How well is the stage
area for the band and the dance floor lit? Will you need additional
lighting?
5 - How long will you want the band to play?
Most events are 4 hours longs with 3 hours worth of music played
within this time frame. Times can be customized shorter
or longer as needed for your event.
6 - In the case of a wedding, do
you want a special Bride and Groom song played by the band?
