(Denver, CO) Sammy Dee
Morton has played Louisiana and Texas style Blues for 20 years. His
smooth, soulful and energetic way of playing has captured many an
ear. Sammy Dee developed his chops playing alongside Blues and Cajun
legends B.B. King, Doug Kershaw, Anson Funderburgh, Debbie Davies,
Tab Benoit and Kenny Neal. He has appeared on multiple recordings,
including his 2001 release Naturally and 2004's Redheaded Stepchild.
Sammy has brought his vast experience and talent to his original
work.
